Jimmy Hutcheson, President & Founder. Mr. Hutcheson is a former advertising executive, who has worked with several Fortune 500 clients including Intel, Toyota, Lexus, VW, Herbalife, and Dow. While at the RWB ad agency, Mr. Hutcheson procured Toyota and Lexus as new clients. Mr. Hutcheson is fortunate to have Don Ohlmeyer, former President of NBC, and Brandon Stoddard, former President of ABC Entertainment, as mentors. He worked at RWB under several legendary advertising and PR executives, including Rod Campbell, founder of Campbell & Co., and Tom Kowaleski, former VP of Global Communications for General Motors. His production experience includes working in various capacities for Cossette Productions (GRAMMY Awards), MTV, VH1, and Downhome Productions. Mr. Hutcheson earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Business Administration, minor in marketing) from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the Karma Foundation and serves on the Children Uniting Nations Event Committee, as well as the First Star Committee.
Marvin Epstein, Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Epstein has almost 20 of years of experience in the areas of business development and finance, including investment banking, sales, marketing, and management. I.A.T. Capital is a private enterprise that focuses on private equity investments in VC businesses.
Russell Smith, Chief Financial Officer. With over 30 years of experience in domestic and international accounting and finance, Russell Smith provides executive-level guidance to the company in the areas of financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and overall financial operations. Russell brings a diversified and unique background in accounting and operations gained from startup, rapid growth, and turnaround companies in both the public and private sectors. Prior to becoming a full-time consultant, Russell was Chief Financial Officer for Unified Precious Metals, a $150M direct response marketer and wholesaler of collectible coins doing business as The American Historic Society During his tenure, he was instrumental in the rapid growth of the firm from a $35M company to a company doing in excess of $150M in revenues. Prior to that, held various executive level positions in companies involved in distribution, real estate, printing, software, travel, and manufacturing.

With his firm, Middleshift LLC, Vince and his partners help Internet companies build revenue. Vince has worked with many leading Internet startups and major media companies including Facebook, Break.com, Streetfire.net, TVGuide.com and Spark Networks. Middleshift has also represented the original content of Michael Eisner’s Vuguru and Rob Barnett’s MyDamnChannel.com to marketers. Prior to his consultancy, Vince spent seven years at AOL where he was the Regional Vice President of Sales in the Southwest. Earlier in his career he worked in sales and business development for Third Age Media. He is the author of the bestselling business book, “Ignited: Managers, Light up Your Company and Career for More Power, More Purpose and More Success” available on FT Press.
Tim Tennant, CEO, Content Marketing Solutions, Inc. Mr. Tennant is an award-winning, veteran media executive with deep roots in both the marketing and entertainment industries with more than 25 years of Madison Avenue and Hollywood experience. Mr. Tennant is a strategic cross-media content creator who helps advertisers and entertainment companies with innovative marketing, content creation, and distribution management. Tennant is an authority on cross-platform brand extension, distribution and content as it relates to technology and consumer lifestyle engagement. Having founded, built, purchased and held senior executive positions within several significant companies, Tennant is known for bridging the gap between the entertainment and marketing worlds. His influence can be seen in the film, technology, advertising and entertainment domains, and attest to his expertise for integrated success. John Bess. Mr. Bess brings over 30 years of general management and consulting experience in marketing and sales in the consumer packaged goods space. He is currently CEO of John Bess, LLC, which specializes in working with small and emerging companies as both an investor and advisor. He also currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of MindsInSync, Inc, an ideas driven company specializing in the development of innovative products that enhance comfort and safety, and Two River Pictures, LLC, a development and production company specializing in original TV and branded entertainment content.
Mr. Bess’s experience includes 21 years with P&G, including 8 in senior general management roles with responsibility for leading some of P&G’s largest brands. He was President/COO of International Home Foods following its spin-off from American Home Products (now Wyeth) and helped lead its successful IPO. Mr. Bess spent several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in key corporate strategy consulting roles for such clients as Unilever, Nestle, Campbell Soup and PepsiCo.
He currently sits on the Executive Advisory Board for NYU’s Stern School of Business, as well as the Board of Directors of Ronson Corp, M-Factor Inc., and FXI Innovations.
Jeff Giordano. Mr. Giordano currently serves as CEO of IR Holdings International, LLC and is a Partner in Cava Capital, LLC. Mr. Giordano is a veteran Marketing Service Executive with deep expertise in Direct to Consumer Media and Marketing. Mr. Giordano has built, acquired, sold and been the CEO of a variety of successful companies, including: Media Syndication Global, Media Solution Services, and the Spiritual Cinema Circle. Mr. Giordano is an oft-quoted expert in Direct Marketing and has served as Chairman of the Electronic Retailing Association.
